Hello, August!
We are half way done offloading the smoke house for today. August is coming around the corner and we are READY for our busiest month. We smoke fish 2-4 times a week, so if you are lucky you might go home with a warm trout fillet, right from the smoke house. We would love to see you!

Liisa’s Summer Recipe
Come to grab some Fresh Fillets – Whitefish or Red Fin Trout at The Fish Shop, lay the fillets onto foil or parchment paper (one layer) and slather the fish with our home-made pesto. Cover the pesto with thin slices of red onions and red peppers and bake or grill the fish @ approximately 400, for 10-12 minutes. Check with a butter knife before removing the fish from heat. Et voilà; Supper is ready!
